Who I am

See-You-Now-Now is operated by Craig Bruun, an independent licensed Private Hire operator based at The Street, Mersham, Ashford, TN25 6NA, licensed by Ashford Borough Council. I am not a taxi driver, so all journeys are pre-booked with a price agreed in advance. These terms apply to every booking made through the website, WhatsApp, phone or email.

Payment

For most UK trips made by UK-based passengers, payment is taken at the end of the journey, provided I have your email address and phone number in advance. I take payment by credit or debit card through Stripe on my phone, and cash is also accepted.

Deposits for airport collections and longer journeys

When I am collecting you from an airport, or the journey is further out into Kent or London, I ask for a 50% deposit to secure the booking.

• Cancel or reschedule with 3 or more days’ notice before the trip: the deposit is refunded in full.
• Cancel with less than 3 days’ notice, or fail to show up for the booked collection: the deposit is not refunded.

Refunds are issued through Stripe and follow Stripe’s own processing timings, which are outside my control.

Conduct on board

I want every journey to be comfortable and pleasant for everyone. To keep it that way:

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the vehicle at any time.
• Drinking is fine, but if it becomes excessive and starts to cause a problem, I reserve the right to act on it.
• Aggressive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

I am friendly and accommodating, and I will always raise any concern politely first. If a problem continues, I reserve the right to end the journey early. No refund is given in these circumstances.

Unforeseen circumstances, accidents and breakdowns

Occasionally things happen that are outside anyone’s control, including accidents or a vehicle breakdown. If this means I cannot complete a journey you have booked and paid for:

• You will receive a full refund for that journey.
• I will go out of my way to help arrange alternative transport for you.

Where this causes real inconvenience, I may also contribute towards the cost of that alternative transport. This contribution is limited to what it would cost me to book a replacement operator to complete the same journey, and is not an open-ended amount.
