How See-You-Now-Now collects and uses your information, in plain English.
Last updated: 5 August 2026
Craig Bruun, trading as See-You-Now-Now, is the data controller for this website. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as the data controller for See-You-Now-Now. You can reach me at hello@see-you-now-now.co.uk.
When you use the instant price calculator or the booking form on this site, I collect the information you choose to enter, which may include your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, journey details, requested collection date and time, and any additional notes you add.
The booking form on this site does not submit your details to a server. Instead, it opens WhatsApp with your details and journey price already filled in, ready for you to review and send to me yourself. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp.
The instant price calculator sends the locations you enter to my price calculation service so a price can be worked out, and to an external mapping service to calculate the route and journey time. This information is used only to generate your price and is not stored for any other purpose.
Where you contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp directly, I use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry, confirm a booking, and provide the service you have asked for.
I do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Card payments are processed through Stripe, and Stripe handles your payment details directly under its own privacy policy. Journey locations are looked up through a third-party mapping service to calculate routes and prices.
I keep booking and enquiry information for as long as needed to provide the service, deal with any follow-up questions, and meet any legal or accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To do this, email hello@see-you-now-now.co.uk and I will respond as quickly as I can.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how your information is handled, message me on WhatsApp or email hello@see-you-now-now.co.uk.
