London is our favourite city in the world — and from where we live in Kent, it has never been more reachable. Sevenoaks to Charing Cross in under 35 minutes on Southeastern. Ebbsfleet on the HS1 high-speed line to St Pancras in just 18 minutes. This is not a day trip from afar — this is our city, on our doorstep, and we love showing it off. Tower Bridge at dusk. The Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. The thunder of hooves at Horse Guards Parade. The chaos and colour of Borough Market. There is nothing quite like it, and we never get tired of it.
But step out of London and into Kent — the Garden of England — and a whole other world opens up. Canterbury Cathedral, standing since the year 597. Hever Castle, childhood home of Anne Boleyn. Leeds Castle, sitting on its lake like something from a fairy tale. The White Cliffs of Dover, stretching out over the Channel. We live among all of this, in Ivy Hatch near Sevenoaks — close to Tunbridge Wells, an hour from London, and well placed for everything.
Further afield, we love a longer day out. Duxford Imperial War Museum — a personal favourite, and any South African who grew up going to air shows will understand why. Oxford and Cambridge for those who want to feel the weight of history. Portsmouth for those who want Nelson's flagship and the sea. No. See-You-Now-Now is a personal concierge and chaperone service. We do not drive you — we accompany you. Any road transport is arranged through licensed operators. Our role is to be there with you, not to be your driver.
We charge a £100 non-refundable deposit per day to secure your date. Once that deposit is paid, we hold that day exclusively for you and turn away other bookings. The balance is paid on the day in cash or by card. For remote consultations, the full £65 is paid in advance by card or bank transfer.
A day is 8 consecutive hours within normal working hours. We are available for evenings and overnight arrangements by prior agreement — these are quoted separately. After 8 hours, additional time is charged at £25 per hour as agreed on the day.
We primarily cover Heathrow (LHR) and Gatwick (LGW). We are based in Ivy Hatch, Kent, which gives us easy access to both. We can also assist with departures — escorting you to check-in and seeing you through to departures before we leave.
We are based in Kent with easy access to Central London. We are happy to travel as far as Cambridge, Oxford and Portsmouth. We genuinely enjoy days out — Duxford Imperial War Museum is a personal favourite — so do ask if you have somewhere specific in mind.

No — if we accompany you into a venue or attraction, we would ask that you cover the entry cost for both of us. We handle parking fees, congestion charges and any transport costs we arrange on your behalf. Everything is transparent and agreed in advance.
No smoking in any vehicle or transport we use. That is our only firm rule — everything else we are flexible and easy about.
Quite possibly! Rudy is our King Charles Spaniel and he loves people. On days when we both accompany you together, Rudy often comes along for the ride — at no extra charge and with very good manners.
We will tell you — clearly, in writing, before you pay a penny. We do not hide charges. Every booking comes with a full written cost breakdown confirmed before any deposit is taken. Receipts are always issued.
